Greg Larsen
Senior Director of Underwriting
Greg Larsen serves as Lima One’s Senior Director of Underwriting. In this role, he leads the team that underwrites borrowers and loans to ensure sound credit quality and develop processes to deliver exceptional customer service. Through his leadership, he ensures Lima One delivers on its commitment for smart, risk-balanced lending.
Greg has nearly two decades of commercial real estate lending and credit experience and a deep track record of building high-performing teams, managing complex loan portfolios, and driving strategic growth through best-in-class underwriting practices. Most recently, Greg served as Director of Credit at Builders Capital, where he led key initiatives across underwriting standards, product development, and credit strategy. Prior to that, Greg spent 17 years with Bank of America, where he held leadership roles across underwriting, credit risk, and portfolio management.
Greg holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from DePaul University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami.
