Madeleine Hopkins
Director of Secondary Markets
Madeleine Hopkins serves as Lima One's Director of Secondary Markets. She leads the Capital Markets team in working closely with Lima One's parent company MFA Financial Inc. as well as the ensuring complex trades and securitization processes run seamlessly.
Madeleine joined Lima One in 2017 and assumed her current role in 2025. She began her career at Lima One in processing and underwriting before joining the capital markets team in 2020. She earned a degree in mathematics and secondary education from Clemson University and worked as a high school math teacher before joining Lima One.
