Lima One Capital Relocates Headquarters to Newly Renovated 300 East McBee Development in Greenville SC

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Lima One Capital, the nation’s premier lender for real estate investors, moved into its new downtown Greenville headquarters at 300 E. McBee Avenue, a marquee downtown building that has been redeveloped by Hughes Commercial Property. 

 “I am thrilled for Lima One Capital to be able to establish our new headquarters in the heart of downtown,” Lima One CEO Josh Woodward said. “This revitalized, one-of-a-kind space, will be among the premier office spaces in the Southeast, and a wonderful home for our company’s next chapter. 

Lima One has been headquartered in Greenville since 2011, and more than 200 of its 300 employees will work out of the company’s new 60,000-square-foot space on the second and third floors of 300 E. McBee. Lima One is relocating from its current offices at 201 E. McBee and a nearby downtown satellite location into the newly renovated building, which also features Prisma Health’s corporate headquarters, STIR restaurant, and Ameris Bank.
