Barrett Clayton
EVP of Capital Markets
Barrett Clayton serves as EVP of Capital Markets for Lima One Capital. In this role, he manages the daily loan financing, post-closing, and residential capital markets for the company. He also uses his secondary markets expertise to contribute to the company’s underwriting, credit, pricing, and product development strategies.
Barrett joined Lima One Capital as an operations analyst in 2015 and assumed his current role in 2017. He holds a financial management degree from Clemson University.
