Brandon Belanger is Lima One's Director of Performing Loan Asset Management. He leads both the Asset Management and Construction Risk teams to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and superior investor outcomes. His leadership is powered by passion and bolstered by over a decade of experience in real estate, construction and portfolio management.

Before joining Lima One, Brandon played a key role in a private equity fund that successfully renovated more than 13,000 heavily distressed properties into affordable homes over a 3.5-year period. That experience sharpened his expertise in large-scale construction management, portfolio strategy and delivering investor returns while creating community impact.

Since joining Lima One in 2024, Brandon has delivered measurable improvements in draw management, inspection turnaround times, automation, and strengthened risk protocols to enhance Lima One’s reputation for reliable, responsive servicing in a fast-growing market.

His leadership style emphasizes accountability, innovation, and team development and is guided by the belief that operational excellence and investor empowerment go hand-in-hand.
