Camerron Shupe

Camerron Shupe serves as Lima One’s SVP of Core Servicing. He leads the team with the day-to-day responsibility of managing Lima One’s loan servicing portfolio. He focuses on leading a culture of premier customer experience as well as efficiency, problem-solving, and data-driven operational improvements.

Camerron joined Lima One in 2016 and has more than a decade of experience in servicing business-purpose loans. He was promoted to a management role in 2020 and to an SVP role in 2026. In 2025, he won Lima One’s Top Award, recognizing the single employee who tangibly demonstrates a commitment to the company’s mission and core values.
