Rob Boss
EVP of Regional Sales
Rob Boss serves as an EVP and Regional Sales Director for Lima One Capital. Based in Michigan, Rob supervises a team of loan officers located in markets across the Eastern and Central time zones.
Rob joined Lima One in 2026 with five years of experience in private lending for real estate investors, serving in both sales and underwriting leadership roles. He has more than 15 years of experience in financial services with a broad experience of banking leadership. He earned his Bachelor's in business administration from Spring Arbor University, where he was a varsity basketball player. He also played professional basketball in Sweden.
