Russell Elmore

Russ Elmore serves as the Director of Valuations at Lima One Capital. In this role, he leads the valuations team, ensuring that all appraisals are delivered within efficient turnaround times and thoroughly reviewed to support credible property values. He is instrumental in designing and implementing appraisal modernization initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Additionally, Russ oversees the review of construction and renovation budgets for all fix-and-flip and new construction loans.

Prior to joining Lima One in 2021, Russ spent 15 years as a field appraiser. Since then, he has played a key role in building the Valuations Department, progressing from Appraisal Reviewer to Review Manager, and later to Manager of Valuation Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
