Tara Scott
SVP of Revenue Operations
Tara Scott serves as the SVP of Revenue Operations for Lima One Capital. Based in Boise, Idaho, Tara leads the revenue operations team and supports the company’s sales technology and enablement. In this role, she works closely with sales, marketing, and origination leadership to align systems, data, and processes to help teams operate efficiently and scale with the needs of real estate investors.
Tara joined Lima One in 2023 and has over a decade of experience in the private lending space, working in both origination and revenue operations.
Tara earned her Bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Boise State University (Go Broncos!).
